1.) Travel to Paris, France

2.) Skydive (Completed on August 5, 2014)

3.) Visit a cloud forest/jungle

4.) Travel to Amsterdam, Netherlands

5.) Go hang gliding

6.) Go scuba diving

7.) African safari

8.) Hike in Patagonia

9.) Backpack through Eastern Europe

10.) Go to Times Square for New Years’ Eve

11.) Visit the Salt Flats in Bolivia during the rainy season

    • I’m only half way through it right now, and I’m not sure what I think. It’s had a very slow start, but is just now getting better. From what I can tell, Hugo is not the best writer about 90% of the time, but then when he is good, he is very good.
      What do you like about it?

      • Some of my favorite parts are near the end, so I’ll check back and tell you when you’re done (no spoilers here!). One of my criteria for a favorite book is that it sticks with me, and that I think about it way after I read it. I only read it once, but it still comes to mind over 5 years later.
